Driving the evolution of wide format digital printing towards ultra-efficient, cost-effective and sustainable production processes, Mimaki Europe, a leading manufacturer of inkjet printers and cutting systems, announces today the launch of its Plus series, the next generation of its industry-acclaimed large-format printing and cutting solutions. Debuting worldwide at The Print Show (NEC Birmingham, UK, 17–19 September), the brand-new CJV300 Plus, JV300 Plus and CG-FXII Plus will be on display on Stand E10, Hall 9 where Mimaki will be represented by its authorised UK distributor, Hybrid Services.

Building on the legacy of Mimaki core technologies, the new Plus series – consisting of three models, namely the CJV300 Plus integrated solvent printer/cutter, the JV300 Plus solvent printer, and the CG-FXII Plus cutting plotter – boasts substantial productivity increases on previous models, in addition to delivering superior print quality at faster printing speeds. This is enabled by MAPS4, the latest version of the Mimaki Advanced Pass System which uses a unique algorithm to calculate the most effective way of jetting ink drops to avoid visible banding. This constantly changes depending on ink colour, coverage and print speed. Reliable productivity is assured with Mimaki’s pioneering NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) and NRS (Nozzle Recovery System), while a brand-new, advanced Take-Up device enables the handling of rolls up to 45kg – preventing media shifting and ensuring a smoother, more efficient production process.

The Plus series models also feature new, proprietary ID Cut function. This innovative functionality has been developed to enable continuous cutting operations on multiple jobs, with minimal human intervention, time, or material waste. The ID Cut function consists of printing ID barcodes in the layout of print and cut jobs – through Mimaki’s RasterLink6 Plus RIP – with the code including cutting and rotation information. By reading each unique barcode, the crop mark sensor automatically loads and executes cutting, ensuring that all alignment and rotational requirements are observed. Whilst both the CJV300 Plus and the CG-FXII Plus feature the ID Cut function, the JV300 Plus can be used in combination with the CG-FXII Plus to take full advantage of the new functionality.

Mimaki Europe, de toonaangevende fabrikant van inkjetprinters en snijsystemen, kondigt vandaag de lancering aan van de Plus serie, een nieuwe generatie van haar veel geprezen serie grootformaatprinters en -plotters. Met deze innovatie stuwt Mimaki de evolutie van groot formaat printen verder richting ultra-efficiënte, kosteneffectieve en duurzame oplossingen. De Plus serie bestaat uit drie nieuwe modellen die op The Print Show (NEC Birmingham, Verenigd Koninkrijk, 17-19 september) te zien zullen zijn (stand E10, hal 9). Mimaki wordt hier vertegenwoordigd door haar distributeur in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Hybrid Services.

De nieuwe Plus Serie bestaat uit drie modellen: 

• De CJV300-160 Plus geïntegreerde solvent print-snijmachine
• De JV300-160 Plus solventprinter
• De CG-160/130/75 FXII Plus snijplotter

Mimaki integreert haar laatste core technologieën in deze Plus series om de printkwaliteit en snijproductiviteit te verhogen. Met deze nieuwe lijn wordt de printkwaliteit op hogere snelheden verhoogd. Hierbij speelt MAPS4, de nieuwste versie van de Mimaki Advanced Pass System een belangrijke rol. Met behulp van een uniek algoritme berekent de printer hoe, zo effectief mogelijk, inktdruppels af te vuren. Door de verschillen in kleur, dekking en printsnelheid, berekent MAPS4 automatisch per print pass het meest ideale patroon om visuele strepen (banding) te voorkomen. De betrouwbaarheid van de productie wordt gegarandeerd door Mimaki’s innovatieve NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) en NRS (Nozzle Recovery System). Daarnaast maakt een gloednieuw en geavanceerd af- en oprol systeem het mogelijk om rollen van 45kg te gebruiken, waarbij tevens verschuiving van de printmedia tot een minimum wordt gereduceerd. Dit maakt het productieproces makkelijker en bovendien efficiënter.

Nieuwe snijfunctie

De Plus serie omvat ook een nieuwe snijfunctie: ID Cut. Deze functionaliteit maakt non-stop print- en snijwerkzaamheden mogelijk met minimale inzet van mensen, tijd of restmateriaal. Voor deze functie worden in de opmaak ID-barcodes gegenereerd die worden meegedrukt tijdens het printen. Deze barcodes bevatten alle benodigde informatie voor het snijwerk. Na het printen leest een ingebouwde sensor de barcode en laadt automatisch de bijbehorende snijdata en voert deze opdracht voor opdracht volautomatisch uit, zonder tussenkomst van een operator. Bij de CJV300 Plus en de CG-FXII Plus is deze ID Cut functie standaard ingebouwd. De JV300 Plus kan in combinatie met de CG-FXII Plus worden ingezet om ook deze nieuwe snij-oplossing te benutten.

Grensverleggend

Présentés en exclusivité mondiale au salon The Print Show (NEC Birmingham, Royaume-Uni, du 17 au 19 septembre), les nouveaux modèles CJV300 Plus, JV300 Plus et CG-FXII Plus seront exposés sur le Stand E10, Hall 9, où Mimaki sera représenté par son distributeur britannique autorisé, Hybrid Services.

S’appuyant sur les technologies phares de la marque, la nouvelle série Plus, qui comporte trois modèles, le CJV300 Plus, un système intégré d’impression à solvant/découpe, l’imprimante à solvant JV300 Plus et le traceur de découpe CG-FXII Plus, permet d’augmenter considérablement la productivité par rapport aux modèles précédents, en plus d’offrir une qualité d’impression supérieure à des vitesses d’impression accélérées. Ceci est possible grâce à MAPS4, la dernière version du Mimaki Advanced Pass System qui utilise un algorithme unique pour calculer la manière la plus efficace de projeter les gouttes d’encre afin d’éviter les bandes visibles dans l’image. Il s’adapte constamment à la couleur de l’encre, à l’encrage et à la vitesse d’impression. La fiabilité de la productivité est assurée par les technologies pionnières de Mimaki : le module de vérification des buses (NCU – Nozzle Check Unit) et le système de reprise en cas de buses obstruées (NRS – Nozzle Recovery System). En outre, un tout nouveau dispositif avancé de manipulation permet de travailler avec des rouleaux jusqu’à 45 kg en évitant le déplacement du support et en garantissant un processus de production plus fluide et plus efficace.

Les modèles de la série Plus intègrent également une nouvelle fonction propriétaire de découpe ID Cut. Cette fonctionnalité innovante a été développée pour permettre des opérations de découpe continue sur plusieurs travaux en réduisant au maximum les interventions humaines, le temps nécessaire et le gaspillage de matériel. La fonction de découpe ID Cut imprime des codes-barres d’identification portant les informations de découpe et de rotation dans la mise en page des travaux d’impression et de découpe, à travers le logiciel RIP RasterLink6 Plus de Mimaki. En lisant chaque code-barres unique, le capteur de repère de coupe charge et exécute automatiquement la découpe, en veillant à ce que toutes les exigences d’alignement et de rotation soient respectées. Les modèles CJV300 Plus et CG-FXII Plus sont tous deux équipés de la fonction ID Cut, et le modèle JV300 Plus peut être associé au CG-FXII Plus afin de tirer pleinement parti de la nouvelle fonctionnalité.

Mimaki Europe, empresa líder en la fabricación de sistemas de corte e impresoras inkjet, está liderando la evolución de la impresión digital de gran formato hacia procesos productivos de máxima eficiencia, económicos y sostenibles; en este contexto, ha anunciado el lanzamiento de su serie Plus, la próxima generación de soluciones de impresión y corte para gran formato que tanto reconocimiento han generado en el sector. El estreno mundial de las nuevas máquinas CJV300 Plus, JV300 Plus y CG-FXII Plus se producirá en la feria The Print Show (NEC Birmingham, Reino Unido, 17–19 de septiembre); la nueva serie se podrá ver en el Stand E10 del Pabellón 9, donde Mimaki estará representando por Hybrid Services, su distribuidor autorizado en el Reino Unido.

Desarrollada a partir de las tecnologías básicas de Mimaki, la nueva serie Plus consta de tres modelos: la impresora/cortadora integrada basada en solventes CJV300 Plus, la impresora basada en solventes JV300 Plus y el plotter de corte CG-FXII Plus, una solución que permite incrementar significativamente la productividad respecto a los modelos anteriores y que, además, ofrece una calidad de impresión superior con velocidades más rápidas. Esto es posible gracias a MAPS4, la versión más reciente del sistema MAPS de Mimaki que utiliza un algoritmo exclusivo que calcula la forma más efectiva de inyectar las gotas de tinta para evitar que aparezcan bandas. Este proceso cambia constantemente según el color, la cobertura de la tinta y la velocidad de impresión. La fiabilidad de la productividad está garantizada gracias a los innovadores sistemas de unidad de detección de estado de los inyectores (NCU) y de recuperación de inyectores (NRS); además, el nuevo dispositivo de recogida avanzada permite manejar bobinas de hasta 45 kg, evitando el desplazamiento de los soportes y garantizando un proceso de producción más uniforme y eficiente.

Asimismo, los modelos de la serie Plus incorporan la función patentada ID Cut. Esta innovadora funcionalidad ha sido desarrollada para permitir operaciones de corte ininterrumpidas en múltiples trabajos sin pérdida de tiempo, desperdicios de material y con una mínima intervención humana. La función ID Cut consta de códigos de barras de ID de impresión en el diseño de trabajos de impresión y corte (a través del RIP RasterLink6 Plus de Mimaki) con un código que incluye la información de corte y rotación. Con la lectura de cada código de barra exclusivo, el sensor de marcas de corte se carga automáticamente y ejecuta el corte, garantizando de este modo el cumplimiento de todos los requisitos de alineación y rotación. Aunque la CJV300 Plus y la CG-FXII Plus incorporan la función ID Cut, la JV300 Plus se pueden usar en combinación con la CG-FXII Plus para sacar el máximo partido a esta nueva funcionalidad.

Diseñada para garantizar procesos de impresión más inteligentes y sostenibles, los nuevos cartuchos de tinta ecológicos permiten incrementar la capacidad de tirada y ahorrar un 15% en costes de tinta, en comparación con los cartuchos de 440 ml. Además, los cartuchos ecológicos son reutilizables, lo que refuerza la idea de la Serie Plus como una elección sostenible y económica para los proveedores de servicios de impresión de gran formato.
