• Mimaki expands their textile portfolio with the TxF150-75, a printer designed for high quality, customisable textile applications.

Mimaki, a leading manufacturer of inkjet printers and cutting systems, announces its first ‘direct to film’ (DTF) inkjet printer, the TxF150-75, at its Global Innovation Days event. Utilising a heat-based transfer method, the printer is ideal for creating premium, customised merchandising, sportswear and various other promotional textile applications. This is the latest entry from Mimaki for the decorated apparel segment and will be making its EMEA at-show debut at Printwear & Promotion Live! in the UK (26^th-28^th February 2023).

DTF printing provides an easy and affordable process for decorating apparel, most commonly T-shirts. The design is initially printed directly onto a special transfer film, which is then sprinkled with hot-melt powder. Once heated and dried, the transfer sheet is ready to be applied to the fabric using a heat press.

Based on Mimaki’s existing 150 Series, one of its best-selling models, the new TxF150-75 responds to the market need for a reliable, stable DTF technology. Built-in ink circulation system and degassed ink pack design prevent common DTF issues, such as poor ink ejection and white ink clogging. These core technologies, which also include the nozzle check unit and nozzle recovery system, all ensure that processes are carried out efficiently with minimal intervention needed.

As the company’s first entry into a new segment, Mimaki has created its own range of water-based pigment inks (PHT50) especially for this solution. As of March 2023, these inks are OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT certified[1], guaranteeing safety and environmental standards are met in line with Mimaki’s sustainability pledges. Unlike sublimation heat transfer printing, DTF is much more versatile when it comes to materials, able to work with more than just polyester and TC blended (polyester blended) materials, and on light or dark coloured fabrics.

The printer also comes with Mimaki’s RasterLink7 RIP software, allowing users to have full oversight and the ability to streamline the process from the design to the final product. Like with all Mimaki technologies, buyers can expect extensive in-house support from Mimaki throughout the initial set-up and use.

Mimaki, een toonaangevende fabrikant van inkjetprinters en snijsystemen, kondigt op zijn evenement Global Innovation Days zijn eerste ‘direct to film’ (DTF) inkjetprinter, de TxF150-75, aan. De printer maakt gebruik van een op hitte gebaseerde transfermethode. Het is ideaal voor het creëren van premium, op maat gemaakte merchandising, sportkleding en diverse promotionele textieltoepassingen. De TxF150-75 is de nieuwste aanwinst van Mimaki voor het segment gedecoreerde kleding en zal zijn EMEA debuut maken op de Printwear & Promotion Live! beurs in het Verenigd Koninkrijk (26-28 februari 2023).

DTF-printing biedt een eenvoudig en betaalbaar proces voor het decoreren van kleding, meestal T-shirts. Het ontwerp wordt eerst rechtstreeks op een speciale transferfolie gedrukt, die met smeltpoeder wordt bestrooid. Na verhitting en droging is de transferfolie klaar en kan het met een hittepers op de stof worden aangebracht.

De nieuwe TxF150-75 is gebaseerd op Mimaki’s bestaande 150-serie, een van de best verkochte modellen. Hiermee speelt Mimaki in op de marktbehoefte aan een betrouwbare, stabiele DTF-technologie. Het ingebouwde inktcirculatiesysteem en het ontwerp van de ontgaste inktpakken voorkomen veel DTF-problemen zoals slechte inktafgifte en witte inkt verstopping. Deze kerntechnologieën, die ook de nozzlecontrole-eenheid en het nozzleherstelsysteem omvatten, zorgen ervoor dat de processen efficiënt worden uitgevoerd met minimale tussenkomst.

Mimaki, constructeur réputé d’imprimantes jet d’encre et de systèmes de découpe, annonce le lancement de sa première imprimante jet d’encre « direct to film » (DTF), la TxF150-75, à l’occasion de son événement Global Innovation Days. Cette imprimante, qui utilise une méthode de transfert thermique, est idéale pour la réalisation d’articles promotionnels et de vêtements de sport personnalisés haut de gamme, ainsi que pour diverses autres applications textiles promotionnelles. Dernière nouveauté de Mimaki sur le segment de la personnalisation textile, ce produit fera ses débuts dans la région EMEA à l’occasion du salon Printwear & Promotion Live! au Royaume-Uni (26-28 février 2023).

L’impression DTF est un procédé simple et économique qui permet de décorer des vêtements, le plus souvent des T-shirts. Dans un premier temps, le motif est imprimé directement sur un film de transfert spécial, qui est ensuite saupoudré de poudre thermofusible. Une fois chauffée et séchée, la feuille de transfert est prête à être appliquée sur le tissu à l’aide d’une presse à chaud.

Basée sur la Série 150, l’un des modèles de Mimaki les plus vendus, la nouvelle TxF150-75 répond à la demande du marché en faveur d’une technologie DTF fiable et stable. Le système intégré de circulation d’encre et le conditionnement de l’encre en pack dégazé permettent d’éviter les problèmes courants liés au DTF, comme les difficultés d’éjection de l’encre et le bouchage des buses d’encre blanche. Ces technologies de base, auxquelles s’ajoutent l’unité de contrôle des buses et le système de récupération des buses, garantissent une exécution optimale des processus avec un minimum d’intervention.

À compter de mars 2023, ces encres seront certifiées OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT[1], ce qui garantit le respect des normes de sécurité et environnementales conformément aux engagements de Mimaki en faveur du développement durable. Contrairement à l’impression par sublimation thermique, la technologie DTF est beaucoup plus souple en ce qui concerne les supports d’impression dans la mesure où elle peut être utilisée avec d’autres matériaux que le polyester et les mélanges TC, ainsi que sur des tissus de couleur claire ou foncée.

L’imprimante est également livrée avec le logiciel RIP RasterLink7 de Mimaki qui permet à l’utilisateur d’avoir un contrôle total et de rationaliser le processus, de la conception au produit final. Mimaki, ein führender Hersteller von Tintenstrahldruckern und Schneidesystemen, kündigt auf seiner Veranstaltung Global Innovation Days die Einführung seines ersten DTF (Direct to Film) -Tintenstrahldruckers an. Der Drucker TxF150-75, der ein auf Hitze basierendes Transferverfahren verwendet, eignet sich perfekt zur Herstellung hochwertiger, individualisierter Merchandising-Artikel, Sportbekleidung und anderer textiler Werbeträger. Mimakis neuestes Produkt für das Segment der Textilveredelung wird sein EMEA-Debüt auf der Printwear & Promotion Live! in Großbritannien geben (26.-28. Februar 2023).

Der DTF-Druck ist ein einfaches und kostengünstiges Verfahren zur Veredelung von Kleidungsstücken, vor allem T-Shirts. Das Motiv wird zunächst direkt auf eine spezielle Transferfolie aufgedruckt, die dann mit Thermopulver bestreut wird. Nach dem Erhitzen und Trocknen wird die Transferfolie mit einer Heißpresse auf den Stoff aufgebracht.

Der neue TxF150-75 basiert auf der bestehenden Solvent-/Sublimationsdruckerserie (C)JV150, der den meistverkauften Modellen von Mimaki angehört. Mit der Einführung reagiert das Unternehmen auf die steigende Marktnachfrage nach zuverlässiger, robuster DTF-Technologie. Das integrierte Tintenzirkulationssystem und das Design des Behälters für entgaste Tinte verhindern Probleme, die häufig beim DTF-Druck auftreten können, z. B. schlechter Tintenausstoß und die Ablagerunge der Pigmente von Weißtinte. Diese Kerntechnologien, zu denen auch die Nozzle Check Unit (NCU, Düsenprüfeinheit) und das Nozzle Recovery System (NRS, Düsenwiederherstellungssystem) von Mimaki gehören, sorgen dafür, dass alle Prozesse effizient und mit minimalem Aufwand durchgeführt werden können.

Als ersten Vorstoß in ein neues Segment entwickelte Mimaki seine eigene Reihe wasserbasierter Pigmenttinten (PHT50) speziell für diese Lösung. Im März 2023 werden diese Tinten die OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT-Zertifizierung[1] erhalten und garantieren damit die Einhaltung geltender Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards im Einklang mit Mimakis Nachhaltigkeitsversprechen. Was die Druckmaterialien anbelangt, ist der DTF-Druck deutlich vielseitiger als der Transfer-/Sublimationsdruck, da mit dieser Technologie neben Polyester und TC-Mischgeweben auch andere Textilien sowie helle und dunkle Stoffe verwendet werden können.

Mimaki, produttore leader di stampanti a getto d’inchiostro e sistemi di taglio, annuncia la sua prima stampante a getto d’inchiostro DTF (“direct to film”), la TxF150-75, in occasione dell’evento Global Innovation Days. Utilizzando un metodo di trasferimento a caldo, la stampante è ideale per creare merchandising di alta qualità e personalizzato, abbigliamento sportivo e varie altre applicazioni tessili promozionali. Si tratta dell’ultima novità di Mimaki per il segmento dell’abbigliamento decorato e farà il suo debutto in fiera EMEA al Printwear & Promotion Live! nel Regno Unito (dal 26 al 28 febbraio 2023).

La stampa DTF offre un processo facile e conveniente per la decorazione di capi d’abbigliamento, soprattutto magliette. Il disegno viene inizialmente stampato direttamente su una speciale pellicola transfer, che viene poi cosparsa di polvere hot-melt. Una volta riscaldato e asciugato, il foglio di trasferimento è pronto per essere applicato al tessuto con una pressa termica.

Basata sull’attuale Serie 150, uno dei modelli più venduti di Mimaki, la nuova TxF150-75 risponde all’esigenza del mercato di una tecnologia DTF affidabile e stabile. Il sistema di circolazione dell’inchiostro incorporato e il design della confezione di inchiostro degassificato prevengono i problemi più comuni della stampa DTF, come la scarsa espulsione dell’inchiostro e l’intasamento dell’inchiostro bianco. Queste tecnologie di base, che includono anche l’unità di controllo automatica al laser degli ugelli e il sistema di recupero e compensazione di quelli eventualmente occlusi, assicurano che i processi vengano eseguiti in modo efficiente con interventi minimi.

A partire da marzo 2023, questi inchiostri saranno certificati[1] OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT, garantendo il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza e ambientali in linea con gli impegni di sostenibilità di Mimaki. A differenza della stampa a trasferimento termico per sublimazione, la stampa DTF è molto più versatile per quanto riguarda i materiali, in quanto è in grado di lavorare non solo con poliestere e materiali misti , ma anche con tessuti tinti anche  di colore  scuro.

La stampante è inoltre dotata del software RIP RasterLink7 di Mimaki, che consente agli utenti di avere una supervisione completa e la possibilità di ottimizzare il processo dalla progettazione al prodotto finale grazie allapossibilità di creare in automatico la maschera per il bianco e l’utilizzo di dati variabili per automatizzare le personalizzazioni. Come per tutte le tecnologie Mimaki, gli utilizzatori possono aspettarsi un’ampia assistenza interna da parte di Mimaki per tutta la fase iniziale di configurazione e utilizzo.

Druk DTF to łatwy i niedrogi proces zdobienia odzieży, zwykle koszulek. Projekt jest początkowo drukowany bezpośrednio na specjalnej folii transferowej, następnie posypywanej proszkiem termotopliwym. Новый принтер работает на основе метода термотрансферной печати и идеально подходит для создания высококачественной и уникальной мерчандайзинговой продукции, спортивных товаров и различных других рекламных текстильных изделий. DTF-печать позволяет упростить и сделать более доступным процесс декорирования одежды, чаще всего футболок. В отличие от сублимационной термотрансферной печати, DTF-печать гораздо более универсальна в отношении материалов и подходит для работы не только с полиэстером и тиси. Mimaki, un fabricante líder de impresoras de inyección de tinta y sistemas de corte, anuncia su primera impresora de inyección de tinta «directa a película» (DTF, por sus siglas en inglés), la TxF150-75, en su evento Global Innovation Days. Al utilizar un método de transferencia basado en calor, la impresora es ideal para crear artículos de promoción comercial de alta gama personalizados, ropa deportiva y otras aplicaciones textiles promocionales. Esta es la última aportación de Mimaki para el segmento de prendas estampadas, y será presentada en la feria EMEA, en Printwear & Promotion Live! en el Reino Unido (26-28 de febrero de 2023).

La impresión DTF proporciona un proceso fácil y asequible para estampar prendas de vestir, generalmente camisetas. Inicialmente, el diseño se imprime directamente en una película especial para transferencias, que luego se rocía con polvo termofusible. Una vez calentada y seca, la lámina de transferencia está lista para ser aplicada a la tela usando una prensa de calor.

Basada en la Serie 150 existente de Mimaki, uno de sus modelos más vendidos, la nueva TxF150-75 responde a la necesidad del mercado de una tecnología DTF estable y fiable. El sistema de circulación de tinta incorporado y el diseño del paquete de tinta desgasificado evitan problemas comunes de DTF, como la mala expulsión de la tinta y la obstrucción de la tinta blanca. Estas tecnologías esenciales, que también incluyen la unidad de verificación de inyectores y el sistema de recuperación de inyectores, garantizan que los procesos se lleven a cabo de forma eficiente, reduciendo al mínimo la intervención necesaria.

Al ser la primera entrada de la empresa en un nuevo segmento, Mimaki ha creado su propia gama de tintas pigmentadas a base de agua (PHT50) especialmente para esta solución. A partir de marzo de 2023, estas tintas tendrán la certificación OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT[1], lo que garantiza que cumplirán los estándares ambientales y de seguridad, de conformidad con los compromisos de sostenibilidad de Mimaki. A diferencia de la impresión por transferencia de calor por sublimación, DTF es mucho más versátil en relación con los materiales, es capaz de trabajar con muchos más textiles aparte del poliéster y los materiales TC combinados, y en telas de colores claros u oscuros.

La impresora también viene con el software RasterLink7 RIP de Mimaki, que permite a los usuarios una supervisión completa, y la capacidad de optimizar el proceso desde el diseño hasta el producto final. Al igual que con todas las tecnologías de Mimaki, los compradores podrán contar con un amplio soporte interno de Mimaki durante las etapas iniciales de la configuración y el uso.
