The investing companies, Adoksan and Boyteks, which are major upholstery manufacturers, choose to invest in the TexCoat G4 thanks to increased productivity and a more sustainable and efficient finishing process, leading to strong return on investment.

For both Adoksan and Boyteks, the TexCoat G4 inline installations eliminate a complete production step in the finishing process and thereby enables a considerably increased production efficiency. Since TexCoat G4 applies the exact amount of chemistry required, the wet pick-up level and the water consumption can be reduced by up to 50%, resulting in up to 50% less energy for drying. This translates to a sustainable, cost efficient and extensively higher line speed for the two upholstery producers. Moreover, in fabric or chemistry changeovers, 100% of the chemistry is recycled with zero waste. In combination with reduced energy, water and chemicals consumption, TexCoat G4 ensures a sustainable and financially beneficial textile finishing process for Adoksan and Boyteks.
