Mimaki Europe, a leading provider of industrial inkjet printers, cutting plotters, and 3D printers, has today announced four new printers for sign graphic, industrial and textile applications. The CJV200 Series, a range of roll-to-roll print and cut eco-solvent machines, and the TS330-3200DS, a hybrid direct and transfer sublimation printer, will both be demonstrated for the first time in Europe at The Print Show (September 17-19th, NEC Birmingham, UK). These two technologies, alongside an entry-level flatbed UV printer, the JFX200-1213 EX, and Mimaki’s latest direct-to-film (DTF) solution, the TxF300-1600, will be commercially available in Europe in November 2024, and have been developed with new features, print formats and higher speeds to support customers ready to expand and futureproof their business

CJV200 Series: Simplicity and Stability

Using the same print engine as the 330 Series, the CJV200 Series is Mimaki’s new range of entry-level eco-solvent integrated printer/cutters. Designed to be more accessible for printers of varying levels of experience to operate and maintain, the model is equipped with several features to improve ease of use. These include an “ink saving function” that reduces ink consumption, a quicker print-head cleaning time and Mimaki’s Dot Adjustment System (DAS), which automatically completes bi-directional print and media feed adjustments, simplifying media changes and reducing operator errors.

With a high practical print speed of 17 m²/h, the CJV200 boasts one of the highest productivity levels for an entry-level printer and is able to handle seasonal variations in output volume. For improved efficiency and stability, the printer is equipped with Mimaki’s core technologies, including the Mimaki Advanced Pass System (MAPS4) to reduce banding and uneven colours, as well as the Nozzle Recovery System (NRS) to minimise downtime.

The CJV200 Series uses Mimaki’s new SS22 eco-solvent ink, which will be released alongside the printer. This safety-conscious ink does not contain increasingly regulated ingredients such as GBL. Building on the success of the SS21 ink, it has achieved the industry’s highest level of outdoor weather resistance and comes in an environmentally friendly paper cartridge.

TS330-3200DS: Versatility for Soft Signage and Home Textiles

The TS330-3200DS is a 3.2-metre-wide hybrid printer, capable of both direct sublimation printing on fabric and sublimation transfer printing on paper. This dual capability allows users to choose the most suitable printing method based on the fabric and the application, making it an excellent choice for both soft signage and home textile markets.

With its increased width and dual modes, the TS330-3200DS supports a wide range of applications. In addition to producing vibrant, large-format fabric signs, it can also be used to print interior fabrics like curtains, carpets, and bedspreads. The hybrid nature of the TS330-3200DS allows seamless switching between direct fabric printing and sublimation transfer printing, which is easily achieved by attaching or removing a platen.

This printer is equipped with Mimaki’s latest 330 Series engine and is capable of printing up to 150 m²/h at a print resolution of 600 dpi. Whether for short-run productions or high-mix orders, the TS330-3200DS ensures high-quality results in a short amount of time, making it a versatile tool for today’s fast-paced textile industry.

JFX200-1213 EX: High Productivity in a More Compact Size

The JFX200-1213 EX is an entry-level flatbed UV inkjet printer designed to meet the needs of businesses seeking a mid-size printing solution. With a print area of 1.2 m x 1.3 m, the printer’s size sits between Mimaki’s smaller-format UJF Series and the larger-format JFX Series. Despite being approximately 30% smaller than the popular JFX200-2513 EX model, the JFX200-1213 EX delivers the same superior image quality with resolutions of up to 1,200 dpi.

The JFX200-1213 EX can print within international A0 standards, adding to its versatility and making it an ideal solution for industrial customers who do not need to produce larger-scale items. It also benefits sign makers with limited installation space, allowing them to produce poster-size general-purpose signs and graphic panels effectively.

Offering a maximum print speed of 25 m²/h, the JFX200-1213 EX is also well-suited for businesses looking to scale up their production from smaller flatbed printers to a larger machine. Additionally, the JFX200-1213 EX supports six-colour ink sets for a wide colour gamut and enhanced image quality.

TxF300-1600: Higher Productivity in Custom Fashion and Interior Fabrics

The TxF300-1600, the latest addition to Mimaki’s Direct-to-Film (DTF) line of printers, is designed to meet the growing demand for high-productivity custom fashion and interior fabric printing. This latest model increases productivity by an impressive 30% compared to the TxF300-75. With a maximum print width of 1.6 metres, the TxF300-1600 is not only ideal for custom garment printing but also extends its application to large-scale interior fabrics, such as curtains and floor mats.

Série CJV200 : Simplicité et stabilité

Utilisant le même moteur d’impression que la série 330, la série CJV200 est la nouvelle gamme d’imprimantes éco-solvant à découpe intégrée d’entrée de gamme de Mimaki. Conçu pour être d’un fonctionnement et d’un entretien simplifiés pour des professionnels de l’impression aux niveaux d’expérience variés, ce modèle est équipé de plusieurs fonctionnalités pour une plus grande facilité d’utilisation. Citons notamment la « fonction d’économie d’encre » qui réduit la consommation d’encre, le nettoyage plus rapide de la tête d’impression, ainsi que le système d’ajustement des points (DAS) de Mimaki, qui effectue automatiquement les ajustements bidirectionnels de l’impression et de l’alimentation du support, ce qui simplifie les changements de support et réduit les erreurs d’opérateur.

Avec sa surface d’impression de 1,2 m x 1,3 m, l’imprimante se situe entre la série UJF de Mimaki, de plus petit format, et la série JFX, de plus grand format. Bien que 30 % plus petite que la populaire JFX200-2513 EX, la JFX200-1213 EX offre la même qualité d’image supérieure avec des résolutions allant jusqu’à 1 200 dpi.

La JFX200-1213 EX peut imprimer aux normes internationales A0, ce qui ajoute à sa polyvalence et en fait une solution idéale pour les clients industriels qui n’ont pas besoin de produire des articles à plus grande échelle. La serie CJV200, una gamma di stampanti roll-to-roll print & cut con tecnologia eco-solvente, e la TS330-3200DS, una stampante ibrida a sublimazione diretta e per transfer sublimatico, saranno presentate per la prima volta in Europa in occasione dell’esposizione The Print Show (17-19 settembre, NEC Birmingham, UK). Serie CJV200: semplicità e stabilità

La serie CJV200 utilizza lo stesso motore di stampa della serie 330 e rappresenta la nuova gamma di stampanti print & cut con tecnologia eco-solvente entry-level di Mimaki. Il modello è dotato di diverse caratteristiche per facilitare l’uso e la manutenzione da parte di stampatori con diversi livelli di esperienza, tra cui una “funzione di risparmio inchiostro”, che riduce il consumo di inchiostro, tempi di pulizia della testina di stampa più rapidi e il sistema di calibrazione automatica (DAS) di Mimaki, che effettua automaticamente le regolazioni bidirezionali della stampa e dell’alimentazione dei supporti, consente inoltre di semplificare il cambio dei supporti e ridurre gli errori dell’operatore.

Con una velocità di stampa di 17 m²/h, la stampante CJV200 offre uno dei più alti livelli di produttività per una stampante entry-level di prezzo ed è in grado di gestire le variazioni stagionali dei volumi di produzione. Per garantire efficienza e affidabilità elevata Mimaki, la stampante è dotata della core tecnology Mimaki, tra cui il MAPS4, che garantisce colori uniformi e stampe di alta qualità anche ad elevate velocità ed inoltre è presente anche il sistema di recupero degli ugelli (NRS) per mantenere al minimo i tempi di inattività.

Estas dos tecnologías, junto con una impresora plana UV básica, la JFX200-1213 EX, y la última solución de impresión directa a película (DTF) de Mimaki, la TxF300-1600, estarán disponibles comercialmente en Europa en noviembre de 2024, y se han desarrollado con nuevas características, formatos de impresión y velocidades más altas para apoyar a todos los clientes que quieren ampliar y preparar su negocio para el futuro.

Serie CJV200: sencillez y estabilidad

Utilizando el mismo motor de impresión que la serie 330, la serie CJV200 es la nueva gama de Mimaki de impresoras/cortadoras integradas ecosolventes de nivel básico. Este modelo, diseñado para que su manejo y mantenimiento resulten más accesibles a usuarios con diferentes niveles de experiencia, está equipado con varias funciones que mejoran su facilidad de uso. Entre ellas se incluye una «función de ahorro de tinta» que reduce el consumo de tinta, un tiempo de limpieza del cabezal de impresión más rápido y el sistema de ajuste de puntos (DAS) de Mimaki, que completa automáticamente los ajustes bidireccionales de impresión y alimentación de material, simplificando los cambios de material y reduciendo los errores del usuario.

Con una velocidad de impresión práctica de 17 m²/h, la CJV200 ofrece uno de los niveles de productividad más altos para una impresora básica y es capaz de gestionar variaciones estacionales en el volumen de producción. Para mejorar la eficiencia y la estabilidad, la impresora está equipada con las principales tecnologías de Mimaki, incluido el Mimaki Advanced Pass System (MAPS4) para reducir el banding y los colores desiguales, así como el Nozzle Recovery System (NRS) para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad.

La serie CJV200 utiliza la nueva tinta ecosolvente SS22 de Mimaki, que se lanzará junto con la impresora. Esta tinta segura no contiene ingredientes cada vez más regulados como el GBL. Además, basándose en el éxito de la tinta SS21, ha alcanzado el mayor nivel de resistencia a la intemperie del sector y se presenta en un cartucho de papel respetuoso con el medio ambiente.

TS330-3200DS: versatilidad para señalización blanda y textiles para el hogar

La TS330-3200DS es una impresora híbrida de 3,2 metros de ancho, capaz tanto de imprimir por sublimación directa sobre tejidos como por transferencia de sublimación sobre papel. Esta doble capacidad permite a los usuarios elegir el método de impresión más adecuado en función del tejido y la aplicación, lo que la convierte en una opción excelente tanto para los mercados de señalización blanda como de textiles para el hogar.

Gracias a su mayor anchura y a sus modos duales, la TS330-3200DS admite una amplia gama de aplicaciones. Además de producir rótulos de tela vibrantes y de gran formato, también puede utilizarse para imprimir tejidos de interior como cortinas, alfombras y colchas. La naturaleza híbrida de la TS330-3200DS permite alternar sin problemas entre la impresión directa sobre tela y la impresión por transferencia de sublimación, lo que se consigue fácilmente acoplando o retirando una platina.

Esta impresora está equipada con el último motor de la serie 330 de Mimaki y es capaz de imprimir hasta 150 m2/h a una resolución de impresión de 600 ppp. Tanto para tiradas cortas como para pedidos de gran volumen, la TS330-3200DS garantiza resultados de alta calidad en poco tiempo, lo que la convierte en una herramienta versátil para la vertiginosa industria textil actual.

JFX200-1213 EX: alta productividad en un tamaño más compacto 

La JFX200-1213 EX es una impresora plana de inyección de tinta UV básica diseñada para satisfacer las necesidades de las empresas que buscan una solución de impresión de tamaño medio. Con un área de impresión de 1,2 m x 1,3 m, el tamaño de la impresora se sitúa entre la serie UJF de menor formato de Mimaki y la serie JFX de mayor formato. A pesar de ser aproximadamente un 30 % más pequeña que el popular modelo JFX200-2513 EX, la JFX200-1213 EX ofrece la misma calidad de imagen superior con resoluciones de hasta 1.200 ppp.

La JFX200-1213 EX puede imprimir dentro de los estándares internacionales A0, lo que aumenta su versatilidad y la convierte en una solución ideal para clientes industriales que no necesitan producir artículos a gran escala. También beneficia a los fabricantes de rótulos con espacio de instalación limitado, ya que les permite producir eficazmente rótulos y paneles gráficos de uso general de tamaño póster.

Con una velocidad máxima de impresión de 25 m²/h, la JFX200-1213 EX también es adecuada para empresas que deseen ampliar su producción de impresoras planas más pequeñas a una máquina más grande. Además, la JFX200-1213 EX admite juegos de tintas de seis colores para ofrecer una amplia gama cromática y una mayor calidad de imagen.

TxF300-1600: mayor productividad en tejidos a medida para moda e interiores

La TxF300-1600, la última incorporación a la línea de impresión directa a película (DTF) de Mimaki, está diseñada para satisfacer la creciente demanda de impresión personalizada de moda y tejidos de interior de alta productividad. Este último modelo aumenta la productividad en un impresionante 30 % en comparación con la TxF300-75. Con una anchura máxima de impresión de 1,6 metros, la TxF300-1600 no solo es ideal para la impresión de prendas personalizadas, sino que también amplía su aplicación a tejidos de interior a gran escala, como cortinas y alfombras de suelo.

La TxF300-1600 incorpora las principales tecnologías de Mimaki para garantizar un funcionamiento estable e ininterrumpido. Además, la impresora utiliza tintas con certificación OEKO-TEX® ECO-PASSPORT, que cumplen los estrictos criterios de seguridad química y responsabilidad medioambiental.

Además, Mimaki anuncia el lanzamiento en EMEA de la serie CFX, una gama de plotters de corte planos de alta calidad que se presentó en primicia durante FESPA 2024. La serie CFX, que ahora incluye una opción de fresadora, permite cortar con precisión los materiales más utilizados en rotulación, como el acrílico y los paneles compuestos de aluminio.
