Mimaki Europe, a leading provider of industrial inkjet printers and cutting plotters, is set to showcase its first UV-DTF (UV curable, direct-to-film) printer, the UJV300DTF-75, at FESPA Global Print Expo 2025. Combining Mimaki’s expertise in sustainable, energy-efficient UV technology with its proven DTF textile printing capabilities, this latest entry produces high-quality, customisable prints, ideal for decorating items of all shapes and sizes, including those with uneven or rounded surfaces. The brand-new UJV300DTF-75 uses a transfer printing method, where the design is printed directly on a glued film, applied to a transfer sheet which is then applied to the object. This further expands application and creative possibilities with reduced risk of misprinting. Equipped with proprietary silicon film pinch rollers, this printer effectively addresses issues such as film peeling off or glue being removed, maintaining print stability for desired quality and accuracy. The printer incorporates Mimaki’s core technologies, including automatic nozzle check, nozzle recovery function, ink circulation function and anti-collision sensor, to ensure consistent reliability with minimal user intervention.

La gamma è conforme al regolamento REACH dell’UE (regolamento SVHC) ed è certificata GREENGUARD Gold, entrambi requisiti che rendono questi inchiostri idonei al rispetto della salute e dell’ambiente. La stampante UJV300DTF-75 utilizza in modo unico entrambi gli inchiostri: ELH-100 (inchiostro duro) per bianco e trasparente ed ELS-170 (inchiostro flessibile) per CMYK, assicurando durata, resistenza,  e flessibilità.

Mimaki Europe, proveedor líder de impresoras industriales de inyección de tinta y plotters de corte, presentará su primera impresora UV-DTF (curado UV, DTF), la UJV300DTF-75, en FESPA Global Print Expo 2025. Mimaki combina su experiencia en tecnología UV sostenible y de bajo consumo con sus funciones de impresión textil DTF para ofrecer impresiones personalizables de alta calidad, ideales para decorar artículos de todas las formas y tamaños, incluidos aquellos con superficies irregulares o redondeadas. La UJV300DTF-75 es una de las muchas innovaciones del sector que se presentarán en el evento (Pabellón 1.2 / Stand B20), en el que Mimaki da el pistoletazo de salida a las celebraciones de su 50 aniversario.

La flamante UJV300DTF-75 utiliza un método de impresión por transferencia; imprime el diseño en una película adhesiva sobre papel transfer, que luego se aplica al objeto. Así aumentan las opciones creativas y se minimizan los errores de impresión. La impresora, con rodillos de silicona patentados, evita el desprendimiento de la película adhesiva, garantiza estabilidad y asegura alta calidad y precisión. La impresora integra tecnologías de Mimaki, como comprobación y recuperación de boquillas (NRS), circulación de tinta y sensor anticolisión, para máxima fiabilidad con mínima intervención.
