• EMEA debut of the new 3-Litre Ink System to take place at Viscom Italia 2022

Mimaki, a leading manufacturer of inkjet printers and cutting systems, has today announced a new 3-Litre External Ink Supply Option for the Mimaki JFX600-2513 Large-format Flatbed UV Inkjet Printer. This new ink system has been designed to enable JFX600-2513 customers to maximise production efficiency and improve automation for a more streamlined, productive print operation.

This optional unit will be commercially available globally in January 2023, but visitors to Viscom Italia 2022 in Milan, Italy (13-15 October) will get a preview of this new, production-enhancing system. Show attendees will be the first to see just how much this new 3-litre ink tank capacity reduces the frequency users are required to refill their JFX600-2513 ink supplies⁽¹⁾ . The system even enables ink replenishment during the printing process, further reducing printer downtime and improving productivity.

The 3-litre ink system has been developed with one of Mimaki’s core objectives for the future of its technology portfolio at the forefront – to support the automation of its customers’ printing processes. An automatic white ink circulation system included in the 3-litre ink unit eliminates the need for manual shaking. Additionally, weight sensors enable operators to measure the remaining ink levels of the JFX600-2513 more accurately, preventing unnecessary ink waste.

JFX600-2513 printers are also compatible with the proprietary Mimaki MDL command, allowing customers to communicate with their print production systems or peripheral devices via IoT protocols. The MDL command enables automated operation of the respective printing processes, such as the transportation of print media (workpieces). In combination with the new 3-litre ink option, the MDL command will support extensive, continuous, automated printing sessions.

Designed for high volume print productions, the Mimaki JFX600-2513 large-format flatbed UV inkjet printer is built for efficiency and productivity with its 16 print heads and maximum output size 2500mm x 1300mm x 60mm, corresponding to 4X8 plates (1220mm x 2440mm). Capable of direct printing onto a wide variety of media, including resin, glass, and metal, and of course, large-format signboards, the printer can accommodate substrates of up to 60mm in thickness. JFX600-2513 printers zijn ook compatibel met de eigen Mimaki MDL-commando’s, waardoor klanten via IoT-protocollen kunnen communiceren met hun printproductiesystemen of randapparatuur. Das neue System soll Anwendern dabei helfen, ihre Druckprozesse durch eine höhere Produktionseffizienz und erweiterte Automatisierungsfunktionen zu rationalisieren.

Die Besucher der Viscom Italia 2022 in Mailand (13. – 15. Bei der Entwicklung des 3-Liter-Tintensystems stellte Mimaki als eines der Hauptziele in den Vordergrund, die Kunden bei der Automatisierung ihrer Druckprozesse zu unterstützen. Ein automatisches Zirkulationssystem für weiße Tinte, das in die 3-Liter-Tinteneinheit integriert ist, macht das manuelle Schütteln überflüssig und mit Gewichtssensoren sind Anwender in der Lage, die verbleibende Tintenmenge des JFX600-2513 genauer zu messen, damit die Tinte nicht unnötig verschwendet wird.

Mimaki, leader nella produzione di stampanti a getto d’inchiostro e sistemi di taglio, ha annunciato a Viscom Italia 2022 un nuovo impianto esterno di alimentazione dell’inchiostro da 3 litri per la stampante inkjet flatbed UV di grande formato, Mimaki JFX600-2513. Il nuovo impianto è stato progettato per consentire agli utilizzatori della JFX600-2513 di massimizzarne l’efficienza produttiva e migliorarne l’automazione, garantendo operazioni di stampa più lineari.

L’optional sarà in commercio a livello globale a partire da gennaio 2023. Tuttavia, i visitatori di Viscom Italia 2022 (Milano, 13-15 ottobre) hanno visto in anteprima  questo nuovo sistema sullo stand di Bompan, importatore esclusivo per l’Italia di Mimaki (Pad.8 Stand E21/E31/F21/G32). Bompan ha mostrato ai visitatori le potenzialità del nuovo serbatoio da 3 litri, montato sulla JFX600-2513, puntando in particolare l’attenzione sulla possibilità di ridurre la frequenza di ricarica dell’inchiostro della stampante.⁽¹⁾. L’impianto consente, infatti, il rifornimento di inchiostro anche durante la stampa, riducendo ulteriormente i tempi di inattività della stampante e migliorando la produttività.

Il sistema di inchiostro da 3 litri è stato sviluppato tenendo a mente uno degli obiettivi chiave di Mimaki per il futuro del suo portfolio tecnologico, ovvero favorire l’automazione dei processi di stampa dei clienti. Un sistema automatico di circolazione dell’inchiostro bianco incluso anche nell’unità da 3 litri elimina la necessità di una miscelazione manuale e i sensori di peso permettono agli operatori di misurare i livelli di inchiostro della JFX600-2513 con maggiore precisione.

Le stampanti JFX600-2513 sono compatibili anche con il comando MDL esclusivo di Mimaki, che consente agli utilizzatori di controllare le macchine da sistemi di produzione o apparecchi periferici e attiva il funzionamento automatico dei rispettivi processi di stampa, come il trasporto di supporti (pezzi in lavorazione). Автоматизация процессов печати — одна из основных задач, для решения которой началась разработка новой 3-литровой системы подачи чернил, и будущее перспективного портфеля технологий Mimaki напрямую связано с успехом в этом направлении. Автоматическая замкнутая система белых чернил внутри 3-литрового блока исключает потребность в ручном смешивании чернил. Кроме того, датчики веса позволяют с большей точностью определять оставшийся уровень чернил в JFX600-2513, предотвращая ненужную потерю чернил.

Принтеры JFX600-2513 также совместимы с проприетарными MDL-командами Mimaki, которые позволяют клиентам связываться со своими системами печати или периферийными устройствами через IoT-протоколы. MDL-команды автоматизируют работу соответствующих процессов печати, например транспортировку печатных материалов (заготовок). Широкоформатный планшетный струйный принтер с УФ-печатью Mimaki JFX600-2513 создан для выполнения больших объемов печати и отличается эффективностью и производительностью благодаря 16 печатающим головкам и максимальному выходному размеру 2500 x 1300 x 60 мм, что соответствует пластинам 4×8 (1220 x 2440 мм). Принтер может работать с материалом толщиной до 60 мм и поддерживает прямую печать на самых разных носителях, включая эпоксидное покрытие, стекло и металл, и, конечно же, крупноформатные вывески. Mimaki, la empresa líder en la fabricación de tecnologías inkjet digitales de impresión y corte, ha anunciado hoy una nueva opción externa de suministro de tinta de tres litros para la impresora de inyección de tinta UV con plataforma y de gran formato Mimaki JFX600-2513. Este nuevo sistema se ha diseñado para que los clientes de la JFX600-2513 aumenten la eficiencia de su producción al máximo y mejoren la autonomía. Así, sus operaciones de impresión serán más óptimas y productivas.

Esta unidad opcional estará a la venta en todo el mundo a partir de enero de 2023, pero los asistentes a la Viscom Italia 2022 de Milán (del 13 al 15 de octubre) podrán disfrutar de un adelanto de este nuevo sistema que mejora el proceso de producción. Los asistentes al evento serán los primeros en ver lo mucho que este tanque de tres litros de capacidad reduce la frecuencia con la que los usuarios necesitan rellenar la tinta de su JFX600-2513⁽¹⁾. El sistema permite incluso rellenar la tinta durante el proceso de impresión, lo que reduce el tiempo de espera y aumenta aún más la productividad.

El sistema de tinta de tres litros se ha diseñado con uno de los principales objetivos de Mimaki de cara al futuro de su tecnología en mente: apoyar la automatización de los procesos de impresión de sus clientes. El sistema automático de circulación de tinta blanca que viene incluido en la unidad de tinta de tres litros elimina la necesidad de mezclar de forma manual. Además, los sensores de peso permiten a los operadores medir los niveles de tinta que queda en la JFX600-2513 de una manera más precisa, lo que evita el gasto innecesario de tinta.

Las impresoras JFX600-2513 también son compatibles con el comando patentado MDL de Mimaki, que permite a los clientes comunicarse con sus sistemas de producción o sus dispositivos periféricos a través de protocolos del IoT. El comando MDL permite automatizar los respectivos procesos de impresión, como el transporte de los medios de impresión (piezas de trabajo). En combinación con la nueva opción de tinta de tres litros, el comando MDL podrá soportar sesiones de impresión extensivas, continuas y automáticas.

La impresora de inyección de tinta UV con plataforma y de gran formato Mimaki JFX600-2513, diseñada para producciones con un gran volumen de impresión, se ha fabricado para lograr una eficiencia y una productividad óptimas gracias a sus 16 cabezales de impresión y su tamaño máximo de salida de 2500x1300x60 mm, que se corresponde con placas de 4×8 (1220×2440 mm). Esta impresora, que es capaz de imprimir directamente sobre una gran variedad de materiales, como resina, vidrio, metal y carteles de gran tamaño, admite sustratos de hasta 60 mm de grosor. La JFX600-2513 también cuenta con impresión 2,5D (aplicación múltiple de tinta), que permite imprimir capas de tinta UV para crear una superficie con textura que se puede utilizar en aplicaciones de impresión de alto valor.
